This Mc Donalds isn't just a big name; it's a place where a lot of local kids get their first jobs. We have a crew that works in shifts, so there’s always someone different behind the counter. The kitchen is a bit of a controlled chaos when the lunch hour hits. We have to move fast, and sometimes things get a bit messy, but we clean it up as we go. It’s not a quiet place to work. There’s the sound of the fryers and the beeping of the timers all day long. We don't have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just make the food as quickly as we can and try to keep the tables clean for the next person. The regulars come in for their morning coffee or a quick snack after school.
