We operate out of Shop Number 3 at D-1 in Fateh Nagar. It’s a small place but we’ve made it our own over the years. We handle food and hospitality services, which basically means we spend our days making sure people are fed and taken care of. Fateh Nagar is a lively area and being at shop number 3 means we are right in the middle of the action. We don't have a big corporate office or a long list of fancy titles. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. Some days we are busy with local orders and other days we are planning for larger events. The shop is often cluttered with supplies and notebooks full of menus and schedules. We started this because we like the hospitality industry and felt we could do a good job on a local level. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. We just talk like normal neighbors. Sometimes we make mistakes with the paperwork, but we always fix them. It’s a very hands-on business. You’ll usually find one of us at the shop with a pen behind our ear or a phone in our hand. We use local vendors for our ingredients because it's easier and the quality is better that way. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent business here in Delhi 110018. It’s a lot of long hours, but it feels good at the end of the day.
