M. M. Trading Co.

M. M. Trading Co. is right here at K-12 in Rajouri Garden. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. The office isn't anything special to look at. There are just some desks and a lot of files piled up near the window. Most days, it’s just the sound of the fan overhead and someone on the phone talking about a shipment that’s running late. Rajouri Garden gets pretty busy by mid-morning. If you’re coming by, you usually have to circle the block twice to find a place for your car. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the boxes get moved to the right place. Sometimes the tea guy from around the corner comes by and we take a ten-minute break. Mostly, we are just keeping our heads down and doing the work. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but honestly, nobody really notices because there is always something else to do. It’s a practical space. We handle a lot of the trading stuff that people don't really think about until they need it. It’s not a glamorous job. This is just what we do every day from nine to six. We know the neighbors and the local delivery boys know exactly where to drop things without even looking at the sign anymore. That's just how it is at K-12.
