Little Chef Restaurants Private Limited

We run our operations for Little Chef Restaurants Private Limited from the second floor of House Number 50 in the B-5 Block of Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential-style building, which is pretty common for small businesses in this part of West Delhi. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up the stairs, which is a good workout if nothing else. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, with families living all around us. We try to keep our noise levels down so we don't bother the neighbors. It’s not a big office with a reception desk or anything. It’s mostly just a few rooms where we handle the restaurant business. We have a small kitchen area for testing things and some desks for the administrative stuff. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the block. You can hear the vegetable sellers calling out in the mornings and the kids playing in the park nearby in the evenings. It’s a very local feel. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small nameplate on the door so people know they are at the right place. Our days are filled with calling suppliers, checking on staff, and making sure the menus are sorted. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We like being in Paschim Vihar because it’s a solid area where people appreciate the effort we put in. We just keep things simple and focus on the daily grind.
