Kanishka Tiffin Services

Kanishka Tiffin Services is based in New Moti Nagar. We are on the second floor of No.- B-1/192. It’s pretty close to the Puri Mandir, so that’s a good landmark if you are trying to find us. We mostly spend our time in the kitchen packing up meals for people who don't have time to cook for themselves. It’s a lot of chopping, cooking, and making sure the boxes are ready to go out on time. We do mostly home-style food, the kind of stuff you’d eat at your own table. It’s not restaurant food with lots of heavy oil and spices. We started this because we saw a lot of people in the area who were working long hours and just wanted a decent meal. The kitchen gets really hot, especially around noon when everything has to be finished. We have a few people who help with the deliveries around the neighborhood. It’s a busy routine every single day. Sometimes we have to change the menu based on what’s available at the market that morning. We don't have a big fancy office, just our workspace where we get the cooking done. People seem to appreciate having something simple and hot delivered to them. We’ve been doing this from the New Moti Nagar spot for a bit now and it keeps us on our feet. We like feeding people and seeing the empty boxes come back.
