J. P. Dairy & Milk Products Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us working out of B-1/135 in Khyala Village. It gets pretty busy around here in the mornings when the milk comes in from the suppliers. Most people in Vishnu Garden know the spot by now. We spend most of our time dealing with the processing side and making sure things are kept clean. It's not a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where we get the work done. The street can get a bit crowded sometimes, especially during the daily deliveries. We mostly just focus on the dairy stuff and keeping the machines running. Some days are definitely longer than others, depending on how much milk we have to handle that morning. It’s a lot of physical work, to be honest. We don't really do much advertising around here. People just find us at our spot in the village. It's a straightforward setup. We've got our routine down after all this time. B-1/135 is where everything happens, from the chilling to the packing. It’s a local operation through and through. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what needs to get done each day. Sometimes the power goes out or a truck is late, but that's just part of life. We just keep moving. It's what we do. Nothing more to it than that. We've stayed in this same spot in Vishnu Garden because it works for us and we like it.
