We've been at 48/44, Harijan Chopal for quite a while now. Most people around Khyala Village know the spot. It isn't a fancy office, just where we keep the stock and handle orders for the filters. We started Gpl Filters & Trader because there was a need for someone who actually knows which parts fit which machines. Dealing with traders can be a headache sometimes, so we try to keep things straightforward. If you come by the shop, you'll see it’s mostly just boxes and us working through the paperwork. It gets a bit dusty in the village, which is ironic since we sell filters. We spend most of our days talking to suppliers and checking the inventory to make sure we have what people are asking for. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and we have to sort that out, but that’s just how the business goes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure when someone needs a specific filter, we have it sitting on the shelf ready to go. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and tracking numbers, but it keeps us busy. Being in this part of town means we get to see the same faces often, which is nice. We just focus on getting the right filters to the people who need them without making it more complicated than it has to be.
