Gautam Foods

Gautam Foods is located at 595 Patel Nagar in B Block. We are specifically over in Pandav Nagar on the first floor. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but not too bad. We deal with food products every day. The place usually smells like whatever we are working on at the moment. It’s not a big factory or anything, just a small operation on the first floor of the building. We’ve been here in Patel Nagar for quite some time now. The street outside can get pretty crowded with cars and scooters. Inside, we just have our kitchen area and some storage space. It’s a very hands-on business. We don't have a marketing department or fancy labels. We just make the food and get it out to the people who want it. Most of our customers are locals who know us by word of mouth. It’s a simple setup. We spend most of our time preping and packing things up. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders, but we manage to get through it. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation. We just want to keep making our food and staying in our neighborhood. It’s a good way to live. The kitchen gets hot in the summer, but that's part of the job. We have an old table where we sit and have our lunch when things quiet down. My family helps out sometimes too. It's a real local effort. We don't use any fancy machines, just regular cooking tools.
