Food Stuffs Kitchen. We are located in Paschim Vihar. You can find us at G-30-B in the A-2 block. We are right there in the DDA community centre at Mahavira Tower. It is a busy place with lots of other shops and offices around. We run a kitchen here. It is not a place where you sit down for a fancy meal. We mostly focus on preparing food and getting it out. The kitchen is always hot and there is a lot of noise from the pots and pans. We have a few cooks who have been with us for a while. We spend a lot of time prepping veggies and making sure the stoves are working. Sometimes the gas cylinder runs out right in the middle of cooking. It can be a bit of a mess. We don't have any big mission statements. We just want to make sure the food is cooked right. The community centre is always full of people, so there is a lot of energy around. We keep our space as clean as we can, but it is a working kitchen, so things happen. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know where we are. We work long hours, starting early and often staying late into the night. It is just a regular kitchen doing its thing.
