We are based at House Number B-57 in Naresh Park Extension, over in the Nangloi area of New Delhi. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you’re coming from the center of the city, but it works for our purposes. We handle the food business from this location. It’s more of a functional space for logistics than a restaurant you’d visit for a sit-down dinner. We have our storage and prep areas set up to handle the daily grind of what we do. Nangloi is a busy, working-class neighborhood, and it stays lively throughout the day and into the night. We’ve been here for a bit now, managing the daily ins and outs of food distribution or whatever the current project requires. The kitchen and storage areas are the most important parts of the building for us. We don't have much of a formal office, just a small desk where we keep the records and handle the bills. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates around and checking the temperatures of the storage units. Sometimes the Delhi heat makes things difficult, but we have our ways of keeping everything moving along the track. We aren't doing anything fancy here; we just want to make sure the food gets where it needs to go on time. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses or local families, so it’s a friendly enough place to spend the day. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it.
