Etal - Indian & World Grill

You can find us on the second level of the MGF Lifestyle Mall in Raja Garden. We are right across from the Raja Garden Metro Station, which makes it easy for people to find us in West Delhi. Being in a mall means there’s always a hum of activity, from the music in the hallways to the crowds of people on the weekends. We focus on the grill, so the kitchen is usually the hottest and busiest part of our space. We do a mix of Indian dishes and some things from further away. It’s a lot of prep work every morning, chopping vegetables and marinating things before the mall even opens. The team here is a hardworking bunch. We aren't a big chain with a lot of rules; we just try to get the food out on time and keep the tables clean. Sometimes the mall's air conditioning isn't enough for the heat from the grills, so we just have to deal with it. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have seen many other shops come and go. We just keep doing what we do. It’s not about being the fanciest place in the mall, it’s just about being a reliable spot for a meal. We spend our days managing the kitchen and talking to the people who stop in after shopping. It’s a busy, practical life in Raja Garden.
