Doninos Pizza

We are located right at C-53 A Ext No 1 in the Nangloi area of New Delhi. The place is called Doninos Pizza, and it’s a very crowded and busy part of town, which usually means we have a lot of people walking by and stopping in. Our shop isn't very big, and the kitchen takes up most of the space because of the large ovens we need for the pizzas. It can get extremely hot in there during the afternoon, especially when we have several orders going at once. We don't have a lot of fancy seating, just a few stools and a counter, because most people just take their food to go. The floor can get a bit dusty because of the street outside, so we spend a lot of time sweeping. We make our own dough and prep the toppings every morning before the first customers show up. Sometimes we have issues with the delivery bikes or the traffic makes everything take longer than we want it to. It’s a bit of a scramble during the dinner rush and we all end up with flour on our clothes. We aren't trying to be a five-star restaurant or anything. We just make pizzas and try to make sure they aren't burnt. It’s hard work and it gets messy, but we’ve been doing it here for a while and we know the neighborhood well.
