As Team Leader F&B Service Food Court

I started working here at the food court in Nangloi a while back. It’s located over at J-104 in Shiv Ram Park. Being the team leader for the food and beverage service means I’m usually the one making sure everything is running okay before the big lunch rush hits us. It gets pretty loud and busy here, especially with folks coming in from all over West Delhi. We just try to keep things moving and make sure nobody is waiting too long for their food. The place isn't fancy, just a regular spot where we handle the daily F&B stuff. Most of my day is spent checking on the kitchen and making sure the staff knows what they’re doing with the orders. Sometimes the equipment acts up or someone doesn't show up for their shift, but that's just how it goes in a busy food court. We’re right there in Shiv Ram Park, which is a crowded little area. It’s not about some big corporate goal, it’s mostly just making sure the trays are clean and the food is hot for the people. I’ve been around F&B for a bit now and Nangloi has its own rhythm. You get to know the regulars who come by for a quick bite every day. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the ovens. We keep the place open and try to stay organized. That’s really all there is to it at our spot in New Delhi.
