Shanghai Post Fast Food

Shanghai Post Fast Food is our small place over in Raghubir Nagar, specifically at A-633 Rajouri Garden. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters in suits. It’s a fast food joint where things get hot and busy, especially in the evenings. We’ve got the kitchen right there and you can hear the pans clanking and the stove going. We spend most of our day prepping vegetables and getting the sauces ready. The address is Delhi 27, and it’s a lively part of town to be in. We get a lot of people stopping by after work or kids coming in for a quick snack. The tables are simple and we try to keep them clean, but it gets hectic when the crowd comes in. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing polished ads for us. We just make the food and hope people like it enough to come back next week. Sometimes we run out of things or the delivery bike has a flat tire, but we just deal with it as it happens. It’s a family-run kind of feel here.
