You can find us, Dominos, at 3/25 West Patel Nagar. This part of Delhi is always bustling with people and traffic. Our shop is right there in the middle of it all. It is not a very big space, but we have our oven and our prep table where we make all the pizzas. West Patel Nagar is a lively neighborhood, and we see all sorts of people coming in for a quick bite or to pick up an order for their family. The smell of the dough and the sauce is something you get used to pretty quickly. We spend our shifts stretching dough, adding toppings, and making sure the delivery guys have the right addresses. It gets pretty frantic during the dinner rush or when there's a big cricket match on TV. We aren't trying to be a five-star restaurant. We are just a local pizza spot where you can get something hot and fast. The street outside 3/25 is usually crowded with cars and scooters, and sometimes it's hard to find parking, but people still make it over. We don't have any fancy talk about our "philosophy." We just make pizzas and hand them over the counter. Some days the air conditioner struggles with the Delhi heat, and some days it’s perfectly fine. That’s just life in West Patel Nagar. We are just here doing our thing, one pizza at a time.
