Dominos Pizza

We are operating out of House Number F-94 here in the Puri area of New Delhi. It’s a busy little spot, and you can usually smell the dough as soon as you turn the corner. We aren't a massive restaurant with fancy seating; it’s mostly just the kitchen and the counter. The ovens stay hot all day, and it can get pretty sweaty in the back during the summer months. Our delivery bikes are usually parked right outside the front door, taking up most of the pavement. We’ve got a small team that’s always moving around, trying not to bump into each other. It gets really hectic on Friday nights when everyone wants a pizza at the same time. The floor is always a bit floury, no matter how much we sweep it. We’ve been at this F-94 address for a while, and the neighbors are used to the noise by now. Sometimes the orders get backed up, and we have to tell people it'll be a little longer than usual. We just focus on making the food and getting it out the door as fast as we can. There isn't much to the decor, just the usual menu boards and a couple of stools for people waiting. It’s a simple life of making pizza and checking the clock for the next delivery. We’re just a local shop in the neighborhood trying to keep the ovens running.
