Dominos Pizza

Our shop is at L-37 Shyam Park in the Nawada area of Uttam Nagar. It is a very busy part of Delhi, and there is always something going on right outside our door. The setup inside is pretty standard for a pizza place. We have the kitchen in the back where the ovens are always running, and a small area in the front for people to wait. It gets quite hot in the summer with the heat from the ovens, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the counters and making sure we have enough dough and toppings ready for the rush. The street outside is full of rickshaws and people walking to the metro. We do not have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. There is just the menu on the wall and the boxes stacked up high. Most of the staff live in the neighborhood, so we know all the local streets and shortcuts. That really helps when we are trying to get the deliveries out on time. Sometimes the phone rings non-stop and we have to move really fast to keep up. Other times, it is a bit quieter and we can have a quick chat while we prep the ingredients. We don't use any scripts when we talk to customers. We just take the order and get it done.
