Dollphin Footwear Private Limited is situated at Wz-213, taking up the first and second floors in Madipur Village. It is a local operation where we spend most of our time dealing with shoes and footwear production. Being in Madipur Village gives us a good connection to the local community. The building is a bit older, and we use both floors to keep the stock and the workshop running. It is not a polished office by any stretch. There are boxes stacked up everywhere and the sound of work going on throughout the day. We are a private limited company, but we run it like a small family business. Everyone knows their role and we just get on with it. We don't have a big marketing department or any of that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know the address. The work is mostly about checking the shoes and making sure the orders are ready to go out. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just the nature of the footwear business. We are used to the pace of life here in Madipur. We just keep our heads down and make sure the footwear is put in the right boxes before it leaves the building for the customers. It’s a lot of manual work but we’ve been doing it for quite some time now and we know the drill. It keeps us occupied from morning until late evening most days.
