Glory Footwear Private Limited

Our factory is situated at J-12 in Udyog Nagar, right off Rohtak Road. If you have ever been around this part of town, you know it is mostly industrial blocks and warehouses. Glory Footwear Private Limited has been operating from this spot for several years now. We make various types of shoes here. It is a loud place with machines running all day and the constant smell of glue and materials. It is definitely not a quiet office environment. We have workers coming in early and staying late to make sure we hit our numbers. The floor is usually covered with boxes and rolls of synthetic leather. We are not a boutique where you come to try on shoes; this is where the actual production happens. Rohtak Road is usually packed with trucks, which makes getting our goods out a bit of a struggle sometimes. But we have a routine that works for us. It is not always perfectly organized, but the work gets done and the orders go out. Some days the machines act up, and we have to spend hours fixing them. That is just part of the industrial life. We do not have a fancy front office for visitors, just a small area near the door with a couple of chairs. Most of our business is bulk orders for distributors. We focus on making sure the soles are attached well and the stitching is solid.
