We are tucked away in Patel Nagar at B-5/171, which is a place many people in the area know pretty well. Dilli Food Bazaar Private Limited isn’t a massive operation, but we stay busy enough with the daily grind of the food business. Working out of Patel Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of the local scenery over the years. Our building is simple and serves its purpose for storing what we need and handling the administration side of things. There are always crates being moved or people coming in to check on supplies. We don’t have a flashy storefront because we mostly focus on the distribution side of things. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with delivery trucks, but the neighbors are generally patient with us. It’s a family-style environment here even if we are officially a private limited company. We take our work seriously but we don’t feel the need to use big words to describe it. It’s just about getting food products from one place to another safely and on time. On hot days, the office can get a bit stuffy, but we just crack a window and keep going. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. It's just a regular local business trying to do things properly without making a big scene or spending too much time on formalities.
