Comesum Food Plaza

Our place is located at House 678 in Mahavir Enclave, over in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. Comesum Food Plaza has been around for a while, and this spot is where we handle a lot of our local coordination. It is a typical house in a crowded neighborhood, so it feels very much like a part of the community here. The streets around Mahavir Enclave are always full of people, and you can hear the sounds of the market nearby all day long. Inside, it is a bit of a mix of a kitchen and an office. We have people coming in and out constantly. Some days it is quite messy with all the delivery bags and supply lists laying around the tables. We don't really bother with making everything look perfect for show. We just care about getting the food orders right and making sure the supplies are where they should be. The kitchen stays hot and there is usually a smell of spices in the air that lingers on our clothes. It is a hardworking environment with a lot of loud talking and moving around. We have a few old fans that rattle a bit, but they keep us cool enough. It is not a shiny corporate office, just a real place where people work hard to get things done. We like the energy of Uttam Nagar and being right in the middle of all the action.
