Chunchuns Kitchen

If you go to Rajouri Garden Shivaji Marg G-23, you will find Chunchuns Kitchen. It is a small operation, mostly just a few of us in the back getting things ready. The space is a bit tight, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other when things get busy. Rajouri Garden is always full of life, and Shivaji Marg is no different with all the cars and noise. We start early in the morning, getting the stove going and prepping everything for the day ahead. There is no big corporate office or anything like that, just this one room where all the work happens. The walls are painted a simple color, and the floor is just plain stone. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big signs. Most of our day is spent making sure the food is ready and the kitchen stays clean enough to work in. It gets really hot during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. People come to G-23 because they know we are here every day. We don't have any grand plans to change things. We just like cooking and seeing the same neighbors come by. It is a basic setup, but it works for us. We are just a local kitchen trying to do a good job in our corner of the city. We hope the food tastes like home.
