Chocolates

We are over here at F-197 in Mansrover Garden. It’s a pretty normal spot, nothing too flashy. Most days start early when we get the kitchen ready for the chocolates. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice for working. Sometimes the delivery bikes struggle to find the gate, but they get here eventually. We spend a lot of time just wrapping things and making sure the temperature is right so nothing melts. It’s hard work, honestly. Your hands get sticky and the smell stays on your clothes even after you go home. People stop by because they live nearby or they're just passing through Mansrover Garden. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Just the sign outside and the door. It’s just a regular shop where we focus on what’s in the boxes. Sometimes the weather gets too hot and we worry about the fridge, but that's just part of it. We keep the counters clean and wait for whoever comes in. There’s always stuff to do, like checking the inventory or cleaning the floor. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. Just us at F-197 doing what we do every day. If you’re walking around this part of the garden, you’ll probably see us. We’ve got the regular routine down now. It's just a place for chocolates, plain and simple.
