Chocoholic The Choco Factory

Our place is in Vikaspuri at J-65. It's not a big factory like the name might make you think. It is actually a small workspace where we make chocolates and sweets. We started this because we like making things by hand. The kitchen takes up most of the space at Chocoholic. There is always a smell of cocoa in the air, which is nice, but you get used to it after an hour. We don't have a big display counter. Most of the time, we are busy packing boxes for orders people have placed earlier. It gets very busy around festival times or when there are weddings. We use local ingredients when we can find them. The floors are always being cleaned because sugar gets everywhere. Sometimes our friends come over to help with the wrapping when we have too much to do. It’s a bit tucked away in the residential part of J-Block, so you have to look for the house number. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us working on the tables. It can get quite hot in the summer with the machines running. We don't use fancy packaging unless someone asks for it. Usually, it's just simple boxes. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different flavors, but most people just want the plain milk chocolate. It's a simple business run from a small corner in Vikaspuri.
