Chinese & South Indian Food Temptation

We've got this shop called Chinese & South Indian Food Temptation out in Najafgarh. It’s a bit of a mix, having both kinds of food, but that’s what people around here seem to want. Najafgarh is a long way for some people but it’s home for us. The shop isn't anything special to look at. We have some plastic chairs and tables that have seen better days. It gets loud because of the traffic outside. We started this because we wanted something local. We do a lot of takeout orders. The kitchen is always busy with the stove going. We don't have a big staff, just family and a couple of helpers. Sometimes the wait is a bit long when the orders pile up. We don't use any fancy apps or delivery services if we can help it. Most people just call or come by. We've been here for a few years and seen the neighborhood change a bit. We keep things pretty straightforward. There's no secret to it, just keeping the pans hot. The floor needs a scrub pretty often because of the dust from the road. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. Just a spot in Najafgarh where you can get a quick meal. We're usually here from morning until the last customer leaves. It’s a lot of hours but seeing people enjoy the food makes it worth the effort.
