Being up on the first floor at N 30 in Rajouri Garden means we’re a bit hidden away from the main street noise. Chefs United Kitchen Services Llp isn't a restaurant where you come to sit down and eat. We’re mostly back in the kitchen doing the heavy lifting for other people or events. It’s a workspace full of stainless steel, big pots, and sharpened knives. We spend our hours prepping, chopping, and simmering things in bulk. It’s hot, loud, and someone is always shouting about a timer going off. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We're just a bunch of cooks who know how a kitchen should run. Sometimes the floors get slippery and the dishwasher breaks down at the worst possible time, but we just grab a mop or a wrench and fix it. We don't have a marketing department writing nice things about us. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the food is safe and handled properly. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting crates and standing for ten hours a day. We’ve all got burns on our arms and tired backs, but that’s the job. People in Rajouri know us for being reliable, even if we’re just working away in our upstairs space. We keep the lights on late and start early in the morning to keep things moving.
