Our place is Flat No.-186, which is in Pocket-12, C-2C area of Janakpuri. It’s a residential block, so it doesn't look like a typical business office from the outside. Chef Line Associated Pvt. Ltd. has been running out of this flat for a while. We deal with kitchen equipment and things for chefs, so there’s often a stray pot or a sample piece sitting on a desk. It’s a bit tight when we get new stock in. We have to move the chairs around just to find a place to stand. Janakpuri is a big area, and finding our specific pocket can be tricky for people who haven't been here before. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to track down a delivery that hasn't arrived. The kitchen in the flat is mostly used for making tea or quick lunches between work. It’s a functional space, nothing more. We don't have fancy lighting or a big sign outside. Just the nameplate on the door like everyone else in the building. Some days are slow and we just catch up on filing. Other days, the doorbell doesn't stop ringing and things get hectic. We try to keep things moving along. It’s just a few of us here, and we know how everything works, even if the filing system looks a bit messy to an outsider. We just do our job and keep the paperwork moving.
