Chaturvedi Foods Private Limited

Chaturvedi Foods Private Limited is our family business over in Janakpuri. We’re located at D-2-A, 81-C, which is right in the heart of this part of New Delhi. It’s a West Delhi neighborhood that stays pretty active throughout the week. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of employees. It’s mostly just a small group of us who handle everything from the cooking to the accounting. We’ve been at this address for a while and have a set routine that we follow. I usually handle the morning shifts, checking what we need to buy for the day. My cousin helps out with the deliveries in the afternoon. The space is a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock, but we make it work. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy branding. It’s just a practical food business. We spend a lot of our time just making sure the kitchen is clean and the ingredients are ready to go. The 110058 area is quite busy, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just provide food services and try to stay organized. It’s a lot of work and we don't get many days off, but that’s just the way it goes when you run your own thing. We just focus on doing our work and getting home at a decent hour.
