Chandigarh Feast Restaurants Llp

We are located at C-9 in the ground floor of the community centre in Janakpuri. It’s a busy spot in West Delhi, and things can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day. We named the place Chandigarh Feast because we wanted to bring that kind of big, hearty eating style to our corner of New Delhi. The kitchen is almost always hot, and there is a lot of shouting back and forth when things get busy. It isn't a polished corporate setup. Most of the furniture has some wear on it because people use it all day long. We have a lot of regular customers who come from the nearby offices and apartments. They don't expect anything fancy, just a seat and some food. Running a restaurant here means dealing with the power cuts and the heat, but we manage. We spend our mornings chopping vegetables and setting up the tables for the first group of people. By the time the sun goes down, the community centre is full of people. We keep the lights on late most nights. It’s a lot of work to keep a place like this going, especially with all the competition around. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. There’s no big secret to what we do. It’s just cooking and cleaning and making sure the bins are emptied. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood, and that's fine by us for now.
