Casual Restaurant Llp

We’ve been at this spot in the C-9 Community Center for a while now. Most people around Janakpuri know the area because it’s always busy with folks running errands and getting things done. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular casual restaurant where we try to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure everything is ready before the lunch rush hits. Sometimes the chairs need a bit of a wobble fix, and the floor sees a lot of feet every day. It’s a bit noisy out there in New Delhi, especially with the traffic nearby, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of plates and people talking. We started Casual Restaurant Llp because we wanted to have a place that felt normal. Nothing too complicated or over the top. Just a local business in West Delhi. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we walk or take the rickshaw to work. There’s always something to do, like checking the inventory or cleaning the windows after a dusty day. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We don’t really have a big corporate office or anything. It’s just us here at the community center, trying to make the day go smoothly. Most evenings, we’re just tired and ready to close up, but then someone walks in for a late meal and we get back to it. That’s just how it goes here in the city, day in and day out.
