Bikaner Namkeen & Chat Corner

Our little shop is right in East Patel Nagar, and if you live around here, you’ve probably walked past us a hundred times. We aren't one of those big, polished food chains you see in the malls. It’s just Bikaner Namkeen & Chat Corner, a place where people stop by when they’re hungry for something quick. The afternoons are usually quiet, but once five o'clock hits, the place gets packed. You’ll hear the sound of the fryers and people shouting their orders over each other. It can get a bit chaotic, and sometimes the floor has a few napkins on it because we’re too busy to sweep every second. We just try to keep the namkeen fresh and the chat spicy enough to keep people coming back. We’ve been in this spot for years. The paint on the walls is a bit old, and the fans make a bit of noise, but nobody seems to mind much. We know the regulars who come in every day after work. We don't have any fancy seating, mostly just people standing around and talking while they eat. It’s a local spot for local people. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just show up, open the shutters, and start making food. It’s a simple life, and we like being part of the daily routine in East Patel Nagar. It’s noisy and busy, but it feels like home to us.
