Bhutani Standard Sweets

We are located at number 41 in the Tilak Nagar New Market. This shop has been a fixture in the neighborhood for quite some time now, and we take things one day at a time. We mainly focus on traditional sweets and dairy products like fresh paneer and curd that we make daily. My father started this place decades ago, and we haven't changed much about how things are done since he was in charge. The morning hours are usually our busiest because people come in for their breakfast snacks before they head off to their jobs or open their own shops nearby. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. The floor is made of old stone and the counters are simple glass that we have to wipe down constantly. It feels like a proper neighborhood shop where you know the people behind the counter by their first names and they know your usual order. We try to source the milk from the same local suppliers we’ve used for a decade or more. Sometimes we have a bit of a wait when someone orders a large box of sweets for a wedding, but most people are patient about it. We don't really do much in the way of promotion or marketing. We figure if the sweets are good and the price is fair, people will keep coming back like they always have in the past.
