Our place is at H. No. 374 in Block H-1, right near where the Sani Bazarsultanpuri happens in Nangloi. It’s a lively spot in North West Delhi, especially on market days when the whole street is packed with people and stalls. At Bgc Food Solutions Private Limited, we just try to keep things moving. The office is tucked away in a residential-looking block, so it feels more like a home than a big company building. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the stock in the back. The space is a bit tight sometimes with all the crates and supplies piled up, but we manage to find what we need. It’s a lot of routine stuff. We come in, check the orders, and see what needs to go out to the local vendors. Nangloi has its own rhythm, and we’ve definitely become part of it. The noise from the bazaar filters in through the windows, which reminds us of the pace of the neighborhood. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew or a front desk person. We just sweep up ourselves and take turns answering the door. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. Nothing is automated or overly fancy here. We just use what we have to get the food solutions ready and out the door every day. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. Most of us live within walking distance, so we're very much a part of the local scene here. We don't bother with fancy reports or meetings that go on for hours.
