Barun Chinese Food

You can find Barun Chinese Food over in Sector 18. We are specifically at K Block 48 & 67. It’s a bit of a spread-out setup between the two blocks. We have been cooking here for quite a while. The woks are usually going from late afternoon until late at night. Sector 18 is a busy hub, so there is always someone looking for a meal. We use a lot of gas and the flames can get quite high when we are busy. It’s a lot of chopping and stirring all through the shift. We don't have a big fancy dining room. It’s more about the food and getting it to the people. The area around K Block is always active with cars and bikes. We have a few delivery guys who are always coming and going. Sometimes the orders get backed up when it rains, but we try to keep up. We are just regular people making food for the neighborhood. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. People know us from seeing the sign and smelling the cooking as they walk by. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. We spend our days making sure the ingredients are fresh and the kitchen is ready for the evening rush. It gets hot in the kitchen but we are used to it by now.
