B&S Eateries Private Limited

Our business, B&S Eateries Private Limited, is situated at Site 1 on Guru Virjanand Marg in Vikaspuri. We use the spaces at numbers 65 and 52 for our operations. Vikaspuri is a lively area with plenty of people around, which makes it a good spot for an eatery. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen or handling the stock. Standing on your feet all day can be quite tiring. We aren't trying to be some high-end restaurant with white tablecloths. It’s more about providing decent food for the folks in the neighborhood. The morning starts with fresh supplies being delivered and someone checking that the vegetables are fresh. A small team of cooks has been with us for a bit now. During the lunch hour, the kitchen gets pretty loud and hectic. Keeping things clean is a constant battle when you’re busy. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them on the fly. There is no big corporate backing here, just us running the place day to day. It’s a practical way to earn a living. Seeing the same customers coming back is always nice. We just focus on keeping the food coming out and the kitchen running. It’s simple, honest work in a busy part of Delhi, and it keeps us on our toes. We usually wrap up late and get everything ready for the next shift.
