Our shop, number C 15, is located in Uttam Nagar, specifically near the Indira Park area. If you're looking for us, we are right across from the Pali Factory. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of energy. We are in the 110059 zip code. This place is small and we focus on the food we make every day. It’s not a big fancy outlet with lots of staff. Just a few of us here. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen prepping for the day. The area around Indira Park is usually full of people, so we see a lot of foot traffic. We don't have any glossy menus or big digital screens. It is a very basic setup where the focus is just on getting the orders out. Sometimes it gets a little messy when it’s busy, but we try our best to keep up. We don’t really do any marketing or social media stuff. Most people around Uttam Nagar just know where we are. We've been here for a while and we just like to keep it simple. It’s a lot of work to run a small shop in this part of the city, but we just take it as it comes. We are just local people serving the community here. The food is made fresh and we close up once the day is done.
