Our office is up on the 214th unit of Mohatta Tower B1 Block in Janakpuri. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and the tower is always full of people rushing to elevators. Being up here is a bit different from a factory floor, but we still deal with technical stuff all day. We are focused on separation equipment, which sounds complicated, but for us, it’s just our daily work. Most of our time is spent looking at drawings, answering emails, and talking to clients on the phone. We have desks cluttered with manuals and coffee mugs. The view from the window is just more of Janakpuri, which is always moving. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't really a walk-in kind of place, but we have people coming in for meetings every now and then. The atmosphere is professional but not stiff. We joke around a lot to keep the stress down. It’s a lot of coordination between our team and the people on the ground at various sites. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a report or wait for a call from a different time zone. It’s just a regular office life where we try to stay on top of the projects and make sure the specs are correct. No big speeches, just people sitting at computers getting things done.
