Alkakori Alkauser

In Punjabi Bagh West, things move pretty fast, and Alkakori Alkauser is right in the middle of it. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy office; we just have our workspace and a few people who know how to work the grills. The floor is made of stone and gets cold in the winter, so we keep a small heater tucked in the corner. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor or having the latest gadgets. We just make sure the ingredients are fresh and that the fire is at the right temperature. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in this part of Delhi, and we are quite content with it.
