Alfa Therm Limited

Mayapuri Phase-I is a busy place, and that’s where we’ve been for quite a long time now. We are tucked away at 6, Community Centre, surrounded by all the other workshops and the noise of the industrial area. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Most days start early with the sound of machinery and the tea guy making his rounds. We’ve got a group of people here who have been working together for years. Some of us live nearby, and others commute from further away in Delhi. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or scrap because we are actually making things here, not just sitting behind desks. Our space is functional, maybe a bit crowded with equipment and files, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on the main road gets backed up, but we just keep going. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the turns. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of the time is spent on the actual shop floor, checking on the jobs we have running. It is a very practical way of life in this part of Mayapuri. We know our neighbors, the guys at the tea stall know our names, and that’s just how it’s always been at Alfa Therm Limited.
