Aanjney Kitchen Udyog

Our office is up on the fifth floor of Jaina Tower III in Janakpuri. It is a busy building with a lot of different businesses coming and going. We deal with kitchen equipment and various supplies for the food industry. Mostly, we spend our time on the phone or meeting with suppliers and people who run local restaurants. It is not a factory here, more of a central hub where we manage the orders and the paperwork. The space is often a bit cramped with catalogs and samples of pots and pans sitting around. Janakpuri is a good place to be based because it is central for our clients to reach us. We have been here at Plot B-4 for some time now. We started out just wanting to supply decent stuff for local kitchens. It is interesting to see how kitchen trends change over the years, but we mostly stick to the basics that actually work. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, which can be annoying when we are in a rush to get a delivery out. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the inventory. We handle the orders and make sure the deliveries stay on track. It is a lot of tracking numbers and checking lists. We are just a solid small business in the middle of a busy city. (246 words)
