Bhavna Farmer Producer Company Limited has its office on the first floor of the Madhur Complex. We are right at Shiv Chowk on the Main Road in Malegaon, which is in the Washim district. It’s a very central spot, so there’s always a lot of noise from the traffic and the shops downstairs. Being on the first floor is good because we can see what’s happening in the square. Our office is a bit cramped with all the registers and files we have to keep. We work with a lot of farmers from the surrounding villages who come to Malegaon for the market. They stop by to see us about their memberships or to get help with some government forms. We don't have any polished speeches or corporate presentations. We just offer people a seat and maybe some water while we talk business. The Madhur Complex is a busy place, and we are just one part of it. We try to stay organized, but with so many people coming in and out, it can be a challenge. We aren't experts in everything, but we know the local farming scene pretty well. Washim is a place where people work hard, and we try to match that energy. We don't make big promises; we just try to be useful to the people who rely on us.
