Krisheemitra Scientific Agro Equipment Industries is based in the Midc area of Washim. We’ve been here for a while now. The MIDC is mostly just other businesses and industrial units, so it’s a very practical place to be. We don’t have any gardens or fancy storefronts. Our building is just a functional space where we build agro equipment. It’s often noisy and dusty inside, but that’s part of the job. We don’t have any corporate training or polished ways of speaking. We just talk like we always have. Washim is a good town, and being in the industrial part of it makes sense for us. We started this business because we knew how to build things. The name Krisheemitra Scientific Agro Equipment Industries is a bit long, but we’ve stuck with it. Most of our days are spent on the floor, working with the tools and making sure everything is put together right. We don’t have a lot of meetings. We just decide what needs to be done and we do it. The office part is small and mostly just for keeping the books in order. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just want to make equipment that works for the people who need it. If you come out to Midc Washim, you’ll find us. We don’t stand out much from the other buildings, but we are there every day. It’s a steady kind of life. We just open the gates at eight and stay until the work is finished.
