Down at No 20 on R S Pillai Street in Tindivanam East, you'll find our little school. We do the Montessori thing here, which is a bit different from the regular schools most people know. It's more about letting the kids figure things out with their hands. The building isn't huge, but it's enough for the children we have. Tindivanam is a tight-knit place, and we know most of the parents by their first names. We don't have a big front office with fancy furniture. Instead, we have rooms filled with blocks and learning tools. Sometimes it looks like a mess, but there's a method to it. The kids stay busy, and that keeps us busy too. We spend a lot of time watching them grow and change. Being on R S Pillai Street means we're right in the middle of things. We hear the street noise, but inside we try to keep it focused. We aren't trying to be some high-end institution; we just want a place where the local kids can learn at their own pace. It's a lot of patience and a lot of daily cleanup. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors are used to seeing the kids playing outside. It’s just a normal part of life in Tindivanam for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work of looking after the little ones every single day.
