Started on Bandar Road near the DCP bungalow. It's a busy spot near the PWD grounds. We’ve been here a while making traditional snacks and sweets that folks in Vijayawada like. It gets pretty crowded in the evenings when people are heading home and want something to take back. We don't do anything fancy, just standard recipes that have worked for us for years. The kitchen stays busy starting early in the morning so everything is fresh for the day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is on this road. We have a small team here, most of us have been around for a long time and know the regular customers by face. It's not a big corporate operation, just a local food business trying to keep things consistent. We focus on the usual items like pickles and sweets that people expect from a place in this part of Andhra. Nothing is overly packaged or marketed, we just put it out on the shelves and let people choose. Dealing with the heat in the kitchen is tough during the summer, but we manage. If you’re passing by the DCP bungalow, you’ll see our sign. It’s a straightforward place, nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the stoves going and make sure the containers are full every day for the local crowd. We also try to keep the prices fair so everyone can afford a little treat now and then.
