Jeyamalli International School

We are located out on the Katpadi-Thiruvalam Highway, right in the Karnambut area of Vellore. Jeyamalli International School sits a bit away from the main city noise, but the highway itself stays pretty busy with trucks and buses passing by. It’s easy to find us if you’re driving toward Thiruvalam. The school grounds have a fair amount of space, which is nice for the students when they need to run around. We have a simple setup here with classrooms, a small office, and places for the kids to eat their lunch. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a functional place where learning happens. The sun gets quite hot out here in Vellore, so we have some trees planted to give a little shade. Our teachers come from different parts of the district. Some take the bus while others have their own scooters. We spend the day going through the books and making sure the kids are keeping up. There’s always some dust from the road, so the cleaners stay busy. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just open the gates in the morning and close them in the evening once the last bus leaves. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Parents from the surrounding villages and towns send their children here, and we know most of them by name. It’s just a regular school life on the side of a highway, keeping things moving every day.
