Running a hospitality LLP in a city like this is always an adventure. There’s never a dull moment with the crowds and the energy of the place. We focus on the hotel and resort side of things, trying to keep up with everything that needs doing. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s a local setup where we sit and get the work done. We deal with local vendors and try to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we manage. Varanasi is a unique place to work, and we’ve grown used to the way things move here. Our team is small, and we don’t use any marketing fluff. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. We're just here in Lahurabir, doing the daily work that keeps the business going. We handle the bookings and make sure the properties are ready for whoever is coming to visit the city. It's a lot of walking and a lot of talking. We don't have a shiny brochure to show off. We just have our address and our names. It’s basic, but it’s how we’ve always done things.
