Re-Fresh Hotel & Restaurant

The shop is called Re-Fresh Hotel & Restaurant and you can find us at Moti Bhawan on B.H.U. Road in Varanasi. It’s a busy area, especially with all the students and people coming from the university. We have the restaurant on the bottom and some rooms for people to stay in. It stays pretty loud outside because of the traffic and the rickshaws always honking. We opened up here because Lanka is a place where something is always happening. My father used to handle things before, and now I mostly look after the daily stuff. The kitchen gets really hot in the summer, but that’s just how it is in Varanasi. We don't have a big menu with fancy names, just the usual stuff people like to eat when they are hungry. Sometimes the plumbing in the rooms gives us trouble, but we fix it as fast as we can. We see a lot of pilgrims passing through on their way to the temples. It’s not a quiet life, but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. The address is 221005, right there in the middle of Lanka. We try to keep the floors clean, but with so many people coming in and out, it's a constant job. We just provide a place to sleep and eat for anyone passing by the B.H.U. road area. It’s a long day but we manage to get everything done.
