Hotel Sarin Inn

Hotel Sarin Inn is tucked away over at 14, Sant Raghuwar Nagar in the Sigra area. If you know Varanasi, you know Sigra is a place that never really stops moving. We’ve been here at this address for a good while, and it’s mostly just us doing the daily chores to keep the rooms in decent shape. The building is a bit older, so there’s always something to fix, like a leaky tap or a door that squeaks. We don’t have a massive team of people in uniforms. It’s mostly just a couple of us who live nearby and show up early to get things going. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so it gets crowded with rickshaws and people walking. We get a lot of travelers who are coming to see the temples or folks who have work in the local markets. It’s a practical spot for someone who doesn't want to spend too much money but needs to be near the center of things. We spend our afternoons sitting by the entrance, waiting for the next check-in. It’s quiet sometimes, and other times it’s a bit of a mess when everyone arrives at once. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't trying to be anything other than a basic place to stay in Sigra. It’s just how we run our lives here and how we serve the people who find us.
