We've been over here at Vadi Falia for a while now. If you get off at the Pardi railway station and walk toward the Desaiwad side, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. My family and a few neighbors help out with the sewing and cutting mostly. There is usually a lot of fabric lying around the shop because we keep busy with orders. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the machines running all day, but that is just how it goes when you’re making clothes. We handle everything right here in the workshop. It isn't a fancy setup or anything. Just some tables, sewing machines, and plenty of thread. We mostly focus on getting things done on time for the local folks who stop by. The weather gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually start early in the morning to beat the heat. People around Pardi know where to find us if they need something stitched up. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork. Most of our day is spent at the machines or checking the fabric rolls that come in. It’s just how we’ve always done things here. If you are passing by the station, you might see us working through the window. We just try to keep up with what people need from us day to day.
