Under The Tree Restaurant

Our restaurant, Under The Tree Restaurant, is situated right with The Neem Tree Hotel in Sarigam. We are in the Valsad area, specifically 396155, near Bhilad Sarigam. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the big cities, but we like it that way. We aren't a huge chain or anything like that. Just a few of us work here every day to keep the place going. Being part of the hotel grounds means we see a mix of people staying over and locals from the Sarigam area. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just wake up, get the kitchen ready, and start our shift. The name comes from the setting here, which is pretty straightforward. We spend a lot of time cleaning, prepping, and making sure the tables are set. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in Valsad, and that makes the kitchen work a bit tougher, but we’re used to it. Promotion isn't really something we do. Most people find us because they are staying at the hotel or just passing through Bhilad. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place.
